I would like to begin by telling you a little bit about our background, who we are, and what we stand for. My name is Matthew Glosenger and I am the owner of the company. I started Image Cleaning Systems in August, 2005. I have been in the carpet cleaning business for about 10 years now and so I have seen about all there is to see here. It's time for me to go out on my own and implement some different strategies. As I describe my vision of this endeavor, I hope it is something you may wish to be a part of as well.
In this industry there is so much to learn and to apply that, at times, it can seem a bit overwhelming. Unfortunately, there are many who consider carpet cleaners to be on par with "do you want fries with that?". This couldn't be further from the truth! There are many avenues of specialty that can be mastered and expanded. Did you know that it is quite possible to make a 6 figure income in carpet and upholstery cleaning alone? You certainly wouldn't know that from what you may have seen from your local carpet cleaner. However, I personally know of one person making well over 100K per year!
This is where my vision comes in! I want to create a win-win situation for both my clients (not customers, there is a HUGE difference) and my employees. When this relationship is built on a foundation of trust, the sky is the limit for what an individual can accomplish in this field. I seek to provide the highest levels of training for each of my employees and I seek to provide them with a job that fits their unique desires and skills.

The position of Carpet Cleaning Technician for Image Cleaning Systems is a very rewarding experience for the team member, as well as the clients that you come into contact with. No previous carpet cleaning experience is required, but your ability to work with people is a must. More important than being a carpet cleaning technician, you must be proficient in working with and communicating with the clients that we perform services for.
I need good people to train to be future managers. I'll pay $12.00 per hour to start. You will also earn bonuses as you become certified through the Institute of Inspection, Cleaning, and Restoration (IICRC for short). You'll learn by doing, from the bottom up. I want to give you the chance to grow with us. SO....

A valid state driver's license and a good driving record. The ability to have fun. This will be a very enjoyable place to work.
The following is a list of the skills you will learn during your first 90 days of training in order to be a successful member of our team:
1.You will learn how to effectively communicate with people.
2. You will become a teacher to our clients that they will respect and trust.
3. You will be in the process of learning proper cleaning methods and becoming an expert in the field. This will also include instruction by IICRC (Institute of Inspection, Cleaning, and Restoration Certification) and certification testing that will be paid for by the company.
