Why Should You Choose Image Cleaning Systems?
That's a really good question, and it's important that I answer it for you. Afterall, if I can't give you a great answer to this important question, you have no business hiring my company.
I have been in the carpet cleaning busines for about 10 years now and so I have a good feel for what is being offered to the public as "service"/ I have a very different definition of what true service is. See if you don't agree with my definition:
True service provides a win-win situation for both the provider and client. The client recieves an in-home assessment of needs. The client has the opportunity to question the provider about concerns and general cleaning issues. The provider has the opportunity to inquire about certain carpet issues and can give an accurate assessment of what the cleaning process will look like in the end. The client has the assurity of a guarantee of quality (ours is a 300% guarantee) wherein the client, if not pleased with the workmanship of the provider, doesn't have to pay for the work.
This is my definition of true service and The Institute of Inspection Cleaning and Restoration (or the IICRC for short) endorses it.
I am a certified carpet and upholstery cleaner with the IICRC. ( This institute is THE industry standard and is designed to improve carpet cleaning practices and procedures.) The IICRC provides continuing education for carpet cleaners and keeps us up to date on the latest technology. I continue my educational pursuits through this organization.
The IICRC supports the honest win-win relationship between the client and the service provider. However there are those that still don't participate in these training opportunities. That's why I need your help. I hope you will spread the word as you learn more about the services you are provided from us.

I've cleaned hundreds of carpets and my most important objective has always been client satisfaction. I take great pride in my work and make certain we do everything exactly right on every job. I understand that I am 100% responsible for your satisfaction. If I can't live up to that responsibility, don't hesitate to tell me so. My policy is a 300% guarantee:
100% = If the job isn't done right the first time, I will reclean the areas of concern!
200% = If the job STILL isn't done to your satisfaction, I will return your money!
300% = I will even pay for another company of your choice to clean only the areas of concern!
How's that for a guarantee. You won't find many people who are willing to put their own name on their work but I will. Trust me, with a guarantee like that, I won't be in business long if I dont' measure up to your standards.
