How Long will it take my carpets to dry?

With todays improvements to drying technology, You carpets will be dry within the first hour or so after the job is completed! In most cases, I can have it dried before we leave the job.

How long will I need to stay off my carpets?

Again, with todays new drying techniques, you can be back to your normal living standards almost, if not, immediately!

Do you move furniture?

Yes, some common pieces such as tables, chairs, non-reclining sofas and loveseats will be moved upon request. If you prefer to have all of your furniture moved (not recommended) then we ask that you please move it yourself as it will be an extra charge based on time and labor needed.

Do I need to be home during the cleaning proceedures?

Yes. Unless other arrangements have been agreed to, we prefer to have an owner present to protect the owner and to collect payment so that, when we leave the home, there is literally nothing more to do.
